Final hours

April 1st, 2005

Thousands flock.

So the Pope is going to die any time now. If I do recall correctly, he’s dying the same way my grandfather did. Parkinsons traps you inside your body and basically immobilizes you. He couldn’t eat anymore and had difficulty breathing. A horrible way to die.

Let’s recap on his Holiness’ medical state:
- He’s breathing through his mouth.
- He’s being fed through his nose.
- He isn’t on any other life support system.

I believe he’s asked that he not be placed on any life support machines so he probably won’t live through the night.

I met the man once when I was about four years old or so, my mother even has a picture with him. I don’t quite recall everything that happened except that I had to stand outside with my dad because I was too loud.

So this pope was heavily against communism and labour movements. I won’t hold it against him but yeah he crushed a lot of things. I feel for him though. This is a horrible way to die.

I’m keeping him in my thoughts even though I’m not very religious.

I hope that all made sense.

Poor man was dying in pain. He was prepared and ready for it though.

I can’t believe you met the Pope… you told me a few times you wanted to blow up the church.
